How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Intentionjuice Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Intentionjuice Mold Help
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Intentionjuice Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Filing a Complaint

Email contact@intentionjuice.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and the outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Disagree With Our Reply

If you are unhappy with our response, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
