Who We Are Looking For

The network works well with providers who:

• Operate a real business serving homes in the Quogue area
• Handle one or more of these: mold inspection, testing, remediation or black mold removal
• Are comfortable with older housing, damp basements, stone and block foundations, and multi-family buildings
• Explain findings plainly, without pressure

What We Expect

Homeowners come to Intentionjuice Mold Help because they want a clear next step. Providers are expected to keep it that way.

• Hold every license, registration and insurance policy your state and trade require
• Give written quotes before work begins
• Be honest about scope, including when a job is small or when no removal is needed
• Respond to homeowners courteously and follow through on appointments
• Make no promises about insurance coverage you cannot control

Providers are responsible for their own work, workmanship and compliance. Intentionjuice Mold Help does not supervise jobs.
